Before you book
Who drives me?
A partner chauffeur company from our network. You'll be given their driver's name and a direct contact number before the journey. All drivers are insured and DBS-checked, and every vehicle is fully insured.
What if my flight is delayed?
Airport transfers are tracked against your flight number, so your driver adjusts pickup time automatically — no extra charge for reasonable delays.
Can I cancel or change a booking?
Yes — cancel up to 24 hours before pickup and get a full refund.
How do I pay?
You pay Cardivo directly once your quote is confirmed — not the driver. Card payment, receipt included.
