Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before using the Cardivo website or booking any of our chauffeur services. By placing a booking or using our website, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. About Us

Cardivo is a chauffeur booking platform based in Cardiff, Wales, UK. We act as an intermediary connecting clients with professional partner chauffeurs. We do not own or operate the vehicles directly.

2. Bookings

  • All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by Cardivo.
  • A booking is only confirmed once you receive a written confirmation from us via email or WhatsApp.
  • You must provide accurate pickup/drop-off details, dates, times, and passenger information at the time of booking.
  • Cardivo reserves the right to decline any booking at our discretion.

3. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are quoted in GBP (£) and are inclusive of VAT where applicable.
  • Prices are provided on a quote basis. A confirmed quote is valid for the details specified at the time of enquiry.
  • Full or partial payment may be required at the time of booking, as specified in your quote.
  • Payment is processed securely via Shopify Payments or as otherwise agreed.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

  • More than 48 hours notice: Full refund issued.
  • 24–48 hours notice: 50% refund issued.
  • Less than 24 hours notice: No refund will be issued.
  • Cardivo reserves the right to cancel a booking due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, a full refund will be provided.
  • Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days.

5. Passenger Conduct

  • Passengers must behave in a respectful and lawful manner during all journeys.
  • Cardivo and its partner chauffeurs reserve the right to terminate a journey if a passenger's behaviour is deemed unsafe, abusive, or unlawful. No refund will be issued in such cases.
  • Smoking, vaping, and consumption of alcohol are not permitted in vehicles unless expressly agreed in advance.

6. Liability

  • Cardivo acts as a booking platform and is not liable for the actions or omissions of partner chauffeurs beyond what is required by law.
  • We are not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, road closures, or other circumstances beyond our control.
  • Our total liability to you shall not exceed the value of the booking in question.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Cardivo website, including text, images, logos, and branding, is the property of Cardivo and may not be reproduced without prior written consent.

8. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

9. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. The latest version will always be published on this page with the date of last update.
